To get there:Motorway A9 to Sion-Est. Then head towards Bramois and Val d'Hérens, Nax. Then Mayens de Mase.

Where to park:free parking at the start of the Bisse de la Tsa Crêta. Another car park is located slightly higher.

If you left your car at the first car park, join the other one and continue on the road. Course n° 3 begins 50 meters higher on the right. Personally, I continued on the road straight ahead and forked to the right at the crossroads with the road leading to the Louère mountain pasture. The junction with the official route is 500 meters further. The route takes you through the forest to reach Le Rimble pasture. Arrived at the top of it you will follow the forest of Choé do Méroué to finally cross it and reach the place called "Pralovin". Shortly before the first chalet, the return descent begins. 

Very nice route quite well marked. Possibility of extending the route by taking route no. 3b towards La Combe.

Indeed, there are no less than 3 courses in this sector: 3, 3a and 3b. To deplore the fact that we did not manage to download the GPX track from the Nax tourist office website...
