Depart Erde or Som des Ceives, Mayens de Conthey Forest road code, Flore mountain pasture, Trente Pas lake, Croix de l'Achia (pretty viewpoint over the Diableret Quille du Diable Derborence Prarochet cabin) return to these steps and climb direction of the summit of Fava 2582 where we will leave the skis at 2520, finish the steep slope on foot (crampons ice ax can be useful if it is icy, very rare because facing south). Several routes are possible:

Descent one: normal route that passes through  Cernet map,  Pointet and Mayens of My.

Climb 2: Mayens de My, the spinning wheel.

Descent 2 and ascent 3 the Rouet summit of the Téléski des Ombrins.

And descent three: summit of the Téléski des Ombrins the reservoir (Som des Ceives, car) or Erde 300 meters below.

Sports course can be done in long-distance hiking, alpine trail, and seal skins
