To get there: A9 to Riddes (exit n ° 24). Then take the direction of Isérables and La Tzoumaz.

Where to park: Free parking in summer from the cable car.

As you will have understood the route begins towards the departure of the Savoleyres cable car. You will cross the Etablons forest to reach the great Bisse de Saxon which you will follow for a very short distance to continue in the forest (take the new trail for mountain biking and snowshoeing) At the exit, you will cross the pastures and this, to the Croix de l'Ô. You will then reach the Marlène pass, before starting the last stage up to the Pierre Avoi summit.

The descent is made by the same path until the Marlène pass. At this point, you will continue along the crest of Savoleyres to arrive at the Croix de Coeur, to continue along under the Tête des Etablons and to finally arrive at the Col des Mines and descend to the Tzoumaz via the combe des Plans (Chassoure) .

Note, on the last step leading to the summit, the presence of a ladder and chains to secure the climb. Take care on this last section as the stones can be slippery in the presence of humidity.
